The United Methodist Women hold two rummage sales each year. Last year, over $7,000 was raised for missions and for our own kitchen for much needed equipment. It's a big task but it is so worth it when you see the results during the sale: so many stories to share about so many things. Just what was in the box? Who brought that puzzle? Look at these picture records. That lady has her truck full! How much is 4.5 million turks worth? That lady just took her own granddaughter into foster care and needs clothes for her. You mean the clothes are all free now? (Saturday 11:00 a.m. for an hour.) I had so much fun working with the people from the church. We support the kids at Greensky Hill with the money we raise? This is the greatest soup! - - - Yes, we have surprises and we have fun. We do ministry with ourselves through fellowship. We give people an opportunity to clean their houses out of their old possessions.  We help outfit our kitchen. Local children have nice nearly new clothes to wear for a small price. We help missions in our community, in our state, in our nation and abroad as well. Won'\t you please be a part of this fun by coming in for an hour or two to help out or to donate some food?
