Why Petoskey United Methodist Church: Pastors are appointed in the United Methodist Church and the Bishop appointed me to PUMC in the Summer of 1997. I have found that this church's strengths and needs fit well with my spiritual gifts.  I have come to know and love the people of Petoskey.

My time at Petoskey United Methodist Church:  God’s holy Spirit has moved to bring healing and re-creation to this congregation.  New people are coming to faith in Jesus Christ while present disciples are growing in spiritual maturity.   This time is a great time to be pastor at Petoskey United Methodist Church.

Favorite books:  The River Why, The Hobbit, assorted civil war novels and biographies, The Legend of Baggar Vance, Scripture.

Music: Very eclectic—Christian music, country western, rock and roll, classical.

Movies:  Lawrence of Arabia, Homeward Bound, musicals.

Most proud of:  My wife and children.

Remember me for: Having a deep desire to seek the lost and nurture people to greater spiritual maturity.
